Statistical and Analytical Research Associates (SARA), LLC. provides statistical consulting services. The firm is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina and through the power of today’s technology has the capability to offer statistical consulting services worldwide.
Our role here at SARA, LLC. is to guide our clients in statistical data analysis, and research and development, which helps our clients make better decisions about their business. The guidance for each client is unique as each business is unique in its policies, employees, and customers.
Melinda Richmond, the founder of SARA, has a masters of statistics degree from North Carolina State University and for nearly twenty years has decicated her education and career to learning the mathematical science of statistics. Melinda has fourteen years experience as a statistical consultant (curriculum vitae) and is a co-author in The Annals Pharmacotherapy Journal, Impact of Zidovudine plus Lamivudine or Zalcitabini on Health-Related Quality of Life.
Melinda has worked with many industries including telecommunications, finance and/or banking, government, education, and medical research. This has awarded her a wealth of experience in understanding industry standards and how best to utilize her statistical knowledge in providing guidance or advice.
For the last seven years Melinda has worked primarily with business statistics and risk analysis. This has given her the opportunity in a statistical consulting capacity to understand how business’s need to drive profit. Melinda has been a member of The American Statistical Association (ASA) since 1991; she has used SAS Institute software since 1988 and is a SAS Affiliate Partner.
